• Urgent admissions (subject to information available and risk assessments)

• Bespoke, care packages

• Challenging behavior management and change.

• High staffing ratio provision and a waking night member of staff if required to provide general or specific support

• Supervised visits and facilitation of contact.

• 24-hour staff supervision

• Development of an individual behavior management plan.

• Comprehensive reports and recommendations to Social Workers and other professionals as required

• A committed, dynamic, qualified and experienced staff team

• Therapeutic intervention (through our partner)

• Education

• Private Individual tutoring if required

 

Staff and management ensure that appropriate consideration is given to on-going risk management with particular   emphasis being placed on the following:

• Self-harm

• Aggression

• Offending and anti-social behavior

• Sexual activity - vulnerability- CSE

• Bullying - Racism

• Vulnerability to abuse

• Risk to self-others

• Gang affiliation
