Back to Back Care ethos is to provide high quality services to young people with good outcomes which will provide them with opportunities to develop healthy, safe and productive lives. This enables them to benefit from this placement and to make a positive contribution to their futures.

At Back to Back Care we provide a safe, child centred environment in which young people can develop in a healthy way. Our methodology addresses problems that are impediments to a fulfilling and happy future. We aim to consider all aspects of the Young Person’s physical, mental, and emotional health which inform the lifestyle choices they make.

Early intervention, behaviour change, and problem solving through ‘group living’ form the daily ethos of Back to Back Care. This is based on respect, positive reinforcement, and good role modelling. Underpinning this philosophy is our belief that all children are capable of making changes, to form attachments, engage, and achieve, in order to make positive well informed choices about their lives and futures.
